This class will consist of 40 mins of Zumba then onto the floor for core strengthening exercises finished off with a relaxing cool down.

Join me for a wild hour disco lights and club hit classics. Clubfit is easy to follow moves to the tunes you know and love from the 90’s to present day followed by an all over body toning section guaranteed to leave you feeling fantastic!
BOOTY BANDS + ABS
Similar to Bootycore this class focuses on building and strengthening your glutes and legs. If you don’t have a Booty Band....Don’t worry! The exercises are effective without a band with just a little less resistance making it slightly easier for anyone new to this sort of exercise. We round off this class with a focused Abs section to strengthen and tone your tummy.

The Booty – Shape, tone and strengthen your legs and glutes using non slip fabric resistance bands.
The Core – Fire up your abdominal area with a selection of floor based exercises designed to strengthen those all important core muscles.

Strong by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music that has been specifically designed to match every move you make.
