A HIIT class with a twist

Strong by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music that has been specifically designed to match every move you make.

In class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Explosive moves like high knees, burpees and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

The class is sectioned into four quadrants progressing with intensity through the class and ending with a floor based section specifically aimed at building core stability and strength, improving posture and working the 'abs'.

Strong

The music is funky, explosive and uplifting and will drive your body into a training mode that will push your fitness level to the max.

You will leave with a sense of great achievement from what you have just done.

Never done a burpee before? Don’t worry! There is always a way around it. In my class I offer variations and lower impact options to suit the novice or the highly trained athlete.

Please Note: An exercise mat is required for this class. Due to the current COVID situation I am unable to lend out equipment, however, I do have mats for sale, please contact me for more information.

Please Note: All classes booked and paid for online are non-transferable and cannot be refunded.

STAYING SAFE

To ensure we stay COVID secure and meet the ‘Test and Trace’ requirements here is a list of our Do’s and Don’t’s:

DO...

  • Book your classes online - places are limited to 30 per class, check in at class will now be contactless.
  • Arrive on time for your class.
  • Follow all safety guidelines when arriving on site.
  • Bring your own Hand Sanitiser.
  • Maintain social distancing at all times.

DON’T...

  • Attend class if you or anyone you have been in contact with is showing COVID symptoms.
  • Come to class if you haven’t booked online as cash payments can not be taken and spaces are limited.

Unfortunately due to the current guidelines and class capacity limitations, spectators (including children) will be unable to attend class at this time.
